Tamara and Drew. October 24, 2020

To say I was nervous about shooting this wedding would be an understatement. This bride was very good about sharing details with me about her day that were important to capture, and I didn't want to miss a single shot. When I arrived to the hotel on October 24th, I was greeted by a room full of woman who were all making sure that the brides hard work and preparation would be carried out. There was my bride, nervous with anticipation to see it all come together on the day that would change her life forever.

All of my brides are excited for their wedding day, but there are some that seem to really "get" what this day means, and Tamara was one of those brides. I could tell that she had found her true partner that she wanted to walk this next journey with. Tamara and Drew love each other with a tenderness that I don't get to see every day, and it was a joy to capture.

This was our company's first destination wedding, and our first ever ON A BOAT! Nerves were high all around on this day, but once we got shooting, and it was time to hit the isle, we all settled into a rhythm. Every detail was perfect and I hope they remember this day for exactly what it was - the beginning of a new journey.

Congratulations Tamara and Drew!
